NATALIE MARSH - FOUNDING Director STARTED BUDDING IMPACT IN 2022 WITH THE MISSION TO HELP BUSINESS LEADERS GROW THEIR BUSINESS AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE

I believe that business can ensure that their sustainability efforts will ultimately create the change that I hope to see in the world.

My experience working with various kinds of organisations and sectors has enabled me to have a range of skills and knowledge in improving Corporate Social Responsibility. My work in the past 8 years has allowed me to be intimately familiar with how business leaders can operate in a more socially and environmentally responsible manner whilst maintaining financial profitability.

As well as helping businesses achieve their sustainability goals improve their CSR strategy, I also have experience supporting business to become Certified with B Corporation. I have learned that there isn't one single way to be better but to find unique solutions that are just right for individual businesses.

We all need to do our bit and make changes to the way we conduct ourselves and business and we need to do it now

It’s my firm belief we need to act now on our climate actions if we ever want society not just to thrive but to survive.

Rooted from a deep need to leave this world in a better place

I've always worked to make change for the benefit of society and the environment, in both my career and personal life I've worked hard to avoid being a cog within the system I understood was not sustainable.

Immersing myself into truly understanding issues that matter

I am passionate about our environment and finding solutions to living more sustainably such as growing food, permaculture, regenerative agriculture.

l speak up for human rights, as a feminist I believe in compassion in dealing with women's rights, diversity and inclusion and animal welfare. I am an ethical consumer myself and I stand by my values in practice.
